Refund policy

The equipment is warranted by the distributor, NOW SCULPT™, to be free from manufacturer's mechanical defects for a period of 24 months starting from the day the unit is received. The warranty for probes is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the item and is limited to manufacturer defects only. During the regular course of business, probes will experience normal wear and tear, which is not covered.  Return for a refund is not an option.  Only replacement parts and technical support and/or a replacement machine will be supplied.  After the first 12 months have passed, buyer will be responsible for any shipping cost.  Should the machine become damaged by logistics in a way that causes any defects, and the buyer makes an initial unboxing video (this is a necessary condition), then a replacement machine will be granted.
